As for me, i would even do more... When most of you guys are married, then you would know what it takes to bring up child. Now for example, by Gods grace i children would attend a good school, as a matter of fact, their institutions might be outside the country, them schooling outside the country wouldnot jus end there, i have to do constant calling, mind talking, constant orientating etc... What most pple dont know is, when a man do not have a successor, he has failed... My grand father was one of the riches in my village duing his time, but the money was so much that he had know time for his children, and with that he had know successor.... My friend was getting married to the daughter of a very wealthy Nigerian, the father of the girl ask ny friend to sumit his CV... Although the guy had two maters from one of the schools in US. As a parent i cant suffer building empires and hand them over to my Son or daughter and there husband or wife would just be using my sweat to smoke Igbo or only thinking of buying Gold.... As a parent you must acertain that your childrens husband or wife is well equipt with knowledge and all to help drive the families success to greater hight. As a parent i would do proper investivation about the person my children is bring home, The guy or babe might be earning a lot of money but lack proper sence. This is all i hae to say for now... |

Yes. It is very wrong. Secondly, if ur motive of giving away ur daughter is to make money then u dnt nid 2 ask b4 u knw. There is an adage which says "by dia fruit we shal knw them". And mind u, sb may earning #10 2day n 2moro anoda opportunity may take him 2 a gr8ta height. |

Op,what will lead to such a question in d ist place? Do they want to increase the salary if it is small? Or do they want to help you plan how to spend it if it is big? Wise up. |

bushdoc9919:No, I would only like to know where he works and how responsible he is, if at all I can't do the maths to figure out his salary range myself, there's always another way without having to be so rude. Btw, I don't expect my daughter to come home with a deceiver, she would be raised to know better. 1 Like |

freecocoa: I have digressed a little because of your last comment you made by mentioning the husband's wife owning one of the leading schools in PH. If the wife didn't assist when he was getting his NYSC Allowance, then i stand to say it's just 1 out of 10 possible outcomes. |
