guys i hope you can help. my acer laptop does not boot up. it seems to be stuck in a loop, while loading windows xp it goes off and starts the whole process again. basically i do not have access to any programme. I know it has been infected with a virus but just wondering if there is any way this can be fixed if not can my files recovered? thanks for anticipated responses |
