We hard some refineries established under Buhari supervision 1976 to 1978 ,many years later 2015 ,Nigeria imports refined products,Refineries will never work for ever and ever and making importers very rich and making Nigerians suffer toxic refine products in the name of petrol and kerosine ,diesel from different parts of the world and suffering increased prices and inflation.
