The latter has been charged while with the former, the statutes of limitations have already passed for most of the stories, but nonetheless do we blame the women? Of course not. Even a previous deputy PM here came out during the summer that she was sexually assaulted while she was an MPP. She came out as a way to encourage more women to not be afraid to speak up if this ever happens to them. It can happen to anyone, young or old. Only an ignoramus would point fingers at the victims and worse, at a little girl who has been raped. Children need to be taught how to be more cautious but definitely not condemned, especially in a situation like this in which she was defiled. She was not at fault and doesn't deserve to be blamed.

BTW... This case will not succeed in court. Sad but true. She waited too long before examination was carried out. And am sure they haven't even visited a doctor proper. There is no direct evidence of his rape only circumstantial. And its trite law that Circumstantial evidence alone cannot convict an accused in our courts. The little girl's evidence will only be admitted as corroboratory evidence.
