PDP should take the blame for making Buhari more popular than he actually was because of the certificate scandal and others scandals. PDP has always mentioned Buhari's name to their supporter during campaign for one reason or the other thereby increasing his popularity. They are not afraid of him, when Jesus was talking about Satan it doesn't mean he was afraid of him or making him popular, even Anini was made popular though he was a known criminal.
