3) Healthcare = 3/10
4) Technical / Vocation Education= 1/10
5) Commerce/ Industry = 4/10
6)Youth employment/ mpowerment=2/10
7) Infrastructural Development= 8/10
cool Urban Development= 3/10
9) Education = 6/10
10) Security= 4/10.

Kogi state........i think we should even reduce their score on security to 0/10
