Each minister was to be held accountable for... "mismanagement".

Not just fraud, but mismanagement, this goes a long way menh!

Olabisi Onabanjo was not prosecuted for embezzlement, but for misappropriation of fund.

In civil service and/or public sector accounting, the greatest way to defraud is to use money voted for one thing for another.
Politicians encourage this as most times, they cannot defend the use of that money as at the time of presenting the budget.

Discouraging this practise (misappropriation) is why I support Buhari!
