Nearly 70percent of the population,Seven water supply projects have been completed,providing additional 4.3million nigerians access to potable water. Significant progress has been made on major projects such as the south chad,the bakolori irrigation project and the galma dam. Nine dams have been completed in akwa ibom,kastina,enugu and ondo states to increase volume of nations water reserviour by 422mcm. Over 200,00 hectares,leading to increased production of over 400,00 metric tonnes of irrigated food products. 2 Likes |
