Please dear ones, i am still yet to receive the email containing the letter. i dont know what to do anymore. i have sent them mail about 4 times. but i think its because Friday ans Saturday were not working days hence the delay. but i am already in my state now with the hope that i will get the letter before the day runs out.

if u r d type engaging in push n press up just now to widen ur chest... pls stop.. u r causing wahala for yasef n it cnt ep u nw.. am an athlete n i knw hw much it costs to get a wide chest... it takes extensive gym..push ups...back press etc for months... not even days..

if u inflict pains on ursef before d day.....dats ur owb doing... stop taking to advice here without asking better pple.. if y notice.. u must b having pains in ur bicep n tricep muscles n probably d chest...

just leave d chest n pray.... wish us all gudluck
