I have tried almost all the drugs here but I still experience terrible and embarrassing pains, felvin works for me if I start taking it days before but I stopped cos I heard it has side effects.

That last I tried is a Ghanian herbal bitters that only added to my pains and rendered me useless for two days. I need a solution to this too o
deworm every three months

This na tough one o.

Well, preggy is the only effective natural solution. After marriage and baby, it completely disappears in some people.
If you were in the village, you'd get agbo that is effective.

Obviously, those agbo leaves and barks contain phyto-hormones! Perhaps in lesser quantity than industrial genetically engineered hormones.

In the meantime try hot water bottle, yoga/meditation AND use painkiller tabs when pain is unbearable despite.

Simple. Get pregnant! Nice thread though, a number of ladies have a hard time with this

Don't be silly. She needs help n she is seeking people's opinion. Why bother about it being personal? Is she ur sister or wife?

My friend practically survives on Felvin, she was even a distributor back in school and used to have shorter periods after taking it but she was happy about it.

All of you girls saying "bear the pain" "ignore it" "use hot water bottles" Neva see pain. Wat u ve is just stomach upset not painful menstruation. I almost died one night cos I tried bitter leaf which didn't work and d pain Dat normally come for just day one now entered d second day. For the hot water bottles it works for someone Dat is jobless cos u dnt expect me to carry hot water bottle to d office. A doctor prescribed piroxicam to me and it works for me. If u find it strong use paracetamol 3-4days to the date Dat didn't work for me. Mine is so serious Dat wen I was younger I slept in d hospital several times cos of Dat. OP u can take paracetamol days to d day it may work for u. Goodluck

My dear you have said it all. I used to be admitted in the hospital. And I still have menstral pain but it is minimal. I use feldein

This is what worked for me in alleviating my menstrual pain: fresh aloe vera gel. I'm forever grateful to my Cameroonian friends for teaching me this natural remedy.

I was amazed at the results. Just get one or two aloe vera leaves and scrape out the gel into a glass of warm or tepid water and drink. Repeat as often as necessary.

Dear, the only natural way to stop mentrual cramps completely is child birth. I was once a victim but when I gave birth to my son, the pains just disappear completely. No more pains, no more fears, am now very proud am a woman unlike before when I sometimes wished to b a man, lol. But my friend takes Orijin a day to her period and its working for her unlike drugs she use to take. And my sister takes 1 or 2 ice cubes, she doesn't complain of pain again during her period. Its trial and error, just try u may find the method best for u, but to b honest, all these can only reduce the pain, only child birth can stop it completely. I pray it will stop soon.

Eat bitter leaf few days to the first day of your menstrual period. Also, try to engage yourself in physical activities. That will remove your mind from the pain thus making you feel a form of relief
