Why are you fooling urself my brother. Nigeria launched first ever air rescue in 2015 and u called it an achievement. In the areas of rescue, Nigeria is one of the poorest country in the world when come to rescue mission. I don't know if you have witness accident on our roads. Just categorize Nigeria with Sierra Leone, Liberia, South Sudan, Djibouti, Somalia, Guinea, Guinea Bissau etc. Your brother is preparing to leave Aso Rock for Janjaweedians. change dole.
