The Borno State government today has declared today Monday, 16th of February 2015 as a work free day in the state for the visit of the All Progressive Congress(APC) presidential candidate, General Muhammad Buhari.. The Secretary to the state government, Ambassador Baba Ahmed Jidda stated this in a statement issued to newsmen today, saying the gesture was to enable residents of the state welcome Buhari to the state for the presidential rally.
