i am knowledge on sitelight tv, dish installation and decoders i think is average.

I acquired strong decoder 69 three years ago and was able to install it my self with info a dug out from this great portal. Though i've long given the decoder out.

By tomorrow by God's grace i want to purchase a new decoder, prefferably qsat.

However i wish to verify from this forum, which is more reliable between qsat and that blacj box that is usuall attached to other decoders for access in watching dstv premium banguet.

I know very little about the two devices not until last sunday when i watched the FA cup game (via a strong decoder using a black box) between Arsenal and Middlesbrough for full 90 mins uninterrupted.

Weeks before then someone was also telling me about qsat, how he've been watching live games, soaps, movies etc

so prior to buying a decoder tomorrow

somehow i want to buy a strong decoder and black box after the one i saw last sunday. But deem it fit getting advice from you.

Which brand of qsat is best (my budget is 12k)

does it come with 1 year subscription as i was told.

Is it prune to fault.

Which of the two options should i choose.

Both are okay, but u will have to consider some factors before choosing
1. If DSTV block d cheat , u can use qsat for any FTA cos its mpeq4. Remba if u don't buy mpeg4 strong decoder, u will not have access to som FTA when Dstv go.
2. If u want to upgrade ur azsky at a later time, u will hav to remove it from decoder, but on qsat, u will be carrying it along, if it will take u two or three weeks before u get software, know that u will not watch anythin for that time.
3. Price tag
So think your self anyone is ok

Who says joy sport cannot show on Qsat?
Qsat is a decoder on its own and its mpeg4 also. So u can watch any satellite on it.
