[b]Why is he on the run if he's sure that he wrote the right thing?[/b] Contrary to claims by Sahara Reporters Publisher Omoyele Sowore that Senator Musiliu Obanikoro is yet to sue him and his online media for defamation over the Ekiti audio recording saga, documents available to BREAKING TIMES prove otherwise. Below are details of court papers filed on Tuesday, 10th February 2015 at the Lagos State High Court Ikeja by MJS Partners, lawyers to Senator Obanikoro claiming N1 billion in damages.
