Was reading through the Guardian's website (www.guardian.co.uk/football) when a breaking news flash came through about Cristiano Ronaldo being involved in a car crash near Manchester Airport. The story is yet to be confirmed as of now,as I have searched other news and sports websites for more info. There is no status update as of now. Kindly update,any Manc with new info as it becomes available. |

Jascobee: He crashed it on his way to training this morning. No other car/person was involved and he trained with his teammates. Ferrari would readily send anutha car to him before the end of the week News like this boosts their brand. |

@sauron, Insurance covered the thing, na poor man dey suffer now, the car was actually bought for $125K AND HE SPENT $250K to collect a special plate number CR7. England is a crazy place. |
