General Muhammadu Buhari made a statement in the just concluded interaction session at the Royal Institute of International Affair, Chatham House, in London, the United Kingdom,that caught my attention. He said... “standing before you is a former military dictator and a democracy convert.” Would it be safe to say that, with such statement, he has been able answered or convinced those who still see him as a dictator and those that are still skeptical about supporting him for the fear of his antecedents? |
