Just got me this fairly used sleek Hp envy x2 laptop with detachable 11.6inch touch screen, which can serve as tablet. It uses Windows 8 OS. Trouble is when the screen is on the keyboard dock, the battery charges only up to 54% and no more. No matter how much longer you charge it, it can't go beyond 54%. And once it is not connected to power, the battery drains fast. However, when the screen is detached and used alone as tablet the battery charges up to 100% level. Any solution to this problem please? I am desperate. |

The battery is inbuilt and unremovable. |
