What is even more shameful is that the President of the biggest back nation on earth is brazenly and shamelessly trying to get one of the principal actors in this disgraceful scandal, i.e Obanikoro, confirmed as a Minister. This is why GEJ is reviled universally. The man has no shame nor principles and supports/abets criminality openly. Nigeria will only be sane again when GEJ is ousted from Aso Rock.

is GEJ the election petition tribunal that handles matters of election complaints? why didnt APC take the so-called evidence to the election tribunal while it sat.

FYI only an eelction petition tribunal can adjudicate on this matter.the normal court has no jurisdiction.the way the elction tribunals for ekiti has finished work and closed sittin.The constitution as amended also stated all election petition matters must be concluded after 180 days after the election.

Besides there is nothing in that tape that is enough to nullify the results of that election.So you want the elction to be nullified because you think Obanikoro allegedly told one Gen momoh " i am not here for a tea party"? is Gen momoh an inec official? Did anyone see the general at INEC office on the election day?Is he the INEC REC for ekiti sate? how exactly did gen Momoh rig the elections?

Immunity clause does not cover a huge crime like this..

The President was quick to declare the tape fake while the culprits were confirming it as real. One of the culprits have been nominated as a Minister and you still can't see anything wrong in that.
