Boko haram's deadly convoy invaded cameroon with 2 armoured tanks,7 weaponized vehicles and a large cache of sophisticated ammunitions, yet the MNJTF was unable to prevent them,in fact,Boko haram seized sueram with little resistance.95% of the recent onslaught against boko haram is being done by the Nigerian army alone, the work of the MNJTF is to secure their respective borders. But it appears that even securing borders is too much work for cameroon and chad.

Boko haram isnt growing,it is simply migrating. In Nigeria,80% of boko haram facilities and structure of operations have been completely destroyed, thousands of them have died, the last three strongholds that they have left are Bama,Gwoza, and Sambisa forest, which will also be liberated in coming days.
They now resort to urban suicide bombing, but in the end, they will be caged and crushed.
The only problem is that Boko haram may end up migrating to cameroon, chad and niger who all have weaker militaries and more radicalized islamic population. Therefore,we need to prepare to engage boko haram on foreign soil,we also need to fence our borders.

According to DHQ report,60% of boko haram fighters are from chad and cameroon,5% are from mali, niger and france, while 2% are arab fighters. Please tell me,how is that "our" problem?.There are even reports that Abubakar Shekau is from Chad, hence the delay in boko haram attacking Chad.

Jonathan is a reactionary president, not proactive at all. When this was little and could have been stopped, he was snoring and playing games. Nigeria need a more competent leadership. Boko Haram needs to be crushed immediately before it spreads to the rest of Africa.

Thanks APCheat for this una propaganda photo.

Noted that Ndume is back where he belongs with the waste basket of PDP rejects after being smoked out for his Boko Haram activities. No wonder he teamed up with Buhari who ACCUSED our army of killing Boko Haram terrorists and burning their houses instead of our government to give them amnesty. Yet when the opportunity came to negotiate amnesty on behalf of Boko Haram, our former Head of State ran away shocked

Borno: Senator Ndume slaps Assembly member over APC Primaries

A member of the Borno State House of Assembly, Hon. Ahmed Jaha popularly called ‘Babawo’ received the beating of his life after failing to win the primary election for the APC’s House of Representatives for Gwoza, Chibok and Damboa Federal Constituency.

The member, a former errand boy to senator Ndume, won the state assembly election in 2011 following the support he enjoyed from his political godfather, but fell out with his boss when he declared to contest for the National Assembly seat in 2015.

According to sources close to the member, he made a mistake of attacking his political godfather, when he alleged that Ndume did not support him during the primaries of the APC but supported former Commissioner for Tourism, Dr. Asabe Vilita Bashir to win the APC ticket.

An eyewitness to the incident told DAILY POST that the lawmaker attacked Ndume at the Maiduguri Government House while they were preparing to travel for the APC presidential primaries in Lagos, a situation which angered the Senator to give him several slaps in the presence of top government and political office holders.

Babawo, who was left shattered after receiving the slaps said he would do everything to work against the party and the victory of his political godfather and Dr. Asabe Bashir.

Nigeria senator Ali Ndume 'linked to Boko Haram'
22 November 2011

A Nigerian senator has been charged over his alleged links to the Boko Haram Islamist militants who have staged numerous deadly attacks in recent months.

Ali Ndume has been questioned by secret police since Monday night.

He denied charges of intimidation and breach of trust after an alleged Boko Haram spokesman said Mr Ndume had paid him to send threatening text messages.

Sign agreement on no more killings, I will withdraw JTF, Jonathan to Borno elders
March 09, 2013

PRESIDENT Goodluck Jonathan yesterday in Maiduguri, accused Borno State Elders of playing to the gallary over the activities of Boko Haram Islamic sect insurgency in the state, describing the situation as unfortunate.

Jonathan spoke during an interactive session with Borno State stakeholders at the Multi-Purpose Hall, Government House Maiduguri, in continuation of his two- day working visit to Borno and Yobe States, the epicentres of Boko Haram.

He was responding to requests by the Elders for the Federal Government to grant amnesty to the sect members as well as withdraw the military Joint Task Force, JTF from Maiduguri and other areas in the state during the second day of his working visit to Borno State..

President Jonathan lamented that none of the elders in the state had publicly condemned the killings and bombings being carried out by the sect members and advised them to put their ‘’house in order,’’ by talking to their children who had been causing havoc in the country to drop their arms against the country.

Buhari faults crackdown on Boko Haram
JUNE 3, 2013

Presidential candidate for the Congress for Progressive Change in the 2011 Presidential election, Maj.-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd), has frowned on the emergency rule in parts of the North. He alleged that innocent civilians were being killed in the states.

Buhari speaking during a Liberty FM Hausa Service Programme, Guest of the Week, on Sunday in Kaduna said that Boko Haram members were being killed and their houses demolished unlike the “special treatment” given to the Niger Delta militants by the Federal Government.

I’ll meet other generals to draft anti-terror plan – Buhari

The Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), on Wednesday said that though Nigeria is a rich nation, its people are extremely poor due to bad governance.

He also promised to involve serving and retired military generals to devise an effective strategy to crush insurgency in the country, if elected as President in 2015.

There was terror in mali, when Nigeria deployed forces to tackle Al~Quaeda in mali,Al~Quaeda bombed Nigerian army convoy, while further vowing retaliatory attacks against Nigeria and its interest. We successfully destroyed them, but few months later,Abu Bakr Shekau emerged as grand sheik of boko haram, vowing to establish an islamic caliphate through jihad.
Now,we have recieved numerous report that the bulk of BH fighters are not Nigerians.
Boko haram originated from Nigeria, yet it isnt Nigeria that projects Boko haram,it is the network of a wider foreign jihadi movement.
So dont conclude that BH is Nigeria's problem.
ISIS originated from Syria, yet does that make it a Syrian problem?,Al~Quaeda originated from Afghanistan, yet does that make it an Afghan problem?.then, what makes boko haram a Nigerian problem?

If he had tackled Boko Haram will there be one to take over a village in Cameroon? As it stands now, Nigerians, Africans and indeed the world are hoping that Nigerians will elect a Leader who is competent enough to fix this mess and stop it from plaguing the world. The World has its hands full, no need adding another from Nigeria.

Honestly you guys should stay off topics you know nothing about.

Cameroon had always been Boko haram's safe haven.

Anytime the NA gives them fire, they retreat to Cameroon and of course, Cameroon opens its borders to them. They thought it was a Nigerian problem.

Are you aware that a sizeable number of Boko haram fighters are from Cameroon?

Very soon, you will blame ISIS takeover of Iraq on GEJ. I tire for these APC people o.
