Good morning y'all..am just recovering from this huge dizziness I felt this morning shortly after I woke up. Here's what really happened.. This morning, I opened my eyes while I was still on bed and turned my head to the left then I jumped up almost immediately...

This resulted to very serious dizziness. At a point I thought I had low blood pressure but my blood pressure was within the average..

So I searched online and my discovery was amazing...the simple reason why I had the dizziness was because of my quick jump up from bed and head turning..
