The Chadian president, Idriss Deby, has claimed that he is the one responsible for the current coordinated attacks on Boko Haram.
President Deby said that if left to President Jonathan alone, nothing would have been done to tackle the terrorists.
Deby is said to be the one who was responsible for the attacks on Boko Haram camps, as the insurgents have been obstructing Chad’s trade routes with Nigeria.
Officials from three nations who have been affected by the insurgency, Chad, Niger and Cameroon, say that Nigeria has failed to organise a regional task force against the terrorists, according to Reuters.
Diplomats have said that Nigeria has left the security work to be done by its significantly smaller neigbours, despite being one of Africa’s major powers.
Since Chad entered the war they have been able to press deep into the Islamist group’s area of control, and say they could have gone deeper but Nigeria has refused to let them in.
Chadian Army spokesman, Colonel Azem Bermandoa said: “We turned back because Nigeria did not authorise us to go any further.”
Chadian involvement in the war against Boko Haram has been praised highly by observers of the war against Boko Haram, ast h ey have freed multiple cities in just a couple of weeks.

yes you are right.. once buhari enter power, there will be no terrorism again. because he will call them to order. but for now.. the terrorism continues until he becomes president.

lol. u dey tell aboki to kill aboki..lol.. president have given go ahead. you will not even have power to enter Nigerian and fight if the president have not given you the powers to do so. but the problem is from the northern cabals who organized the whole scene, they are the ones frustrating the military efforts to put to end this madness.

[size=18pt]GEJ must stop those Boko Haram army commanders in Nigerian military protecting Boko Haram insurgents by stopping Chad from taking the battle to the murderous insurgents.

Nigerians are fed up with all the saboteurs in our military complaining about one excuse or another why they will not fight Boko Haram.

Stopping Chad which is able and willing to do the job is simply unacceptable.
