• The life of human is in 3 phases:
1. Ages 1 - 40
2. Ages 41 - 80

PHASE 1 is the:
- Time of preparation
- Time of foundation laying
- Time to struggle, to school and to learn what to learn

• There is a great tragedy in life that has excuted people in 2015 till now

- People show-up asleep
- They live their lives sleeping and die asleep
- They marry asleep
- They handle businesses asleep
- They raise children asleep
- They go to work asleep
- They make friends asleep
- They eat asleep

* Only very few wake up

• As a sleeping man finds it difficult in life, many are sleeping and cannot actualise their destinies

• In 2016, you can either wake up to the correct life or go back to sleep

• The world has grown, that spiritual development is not a luxury but a lost

• To be awake is a battle and to be active awake is also a battle

- Alot of people are sleep-walking

• The worst spiritual state is when you are untouched, unmoved, resistant to the Word of God. Is when you are a sermon-proved christian, when you no longer fear and tremble at the Word of God

• The unfortunate thing is that many no longer have feelings of sorrow for sins again
- It is a dangerous situation when we have hardened our heart

* Alot of people are asleep

- Abraham slept off in Genesis 15 and the result of *** came in 12 years times

• For worldly things, people don't sleep but when issues concerning their souls is being tabled, people sleep off. When it comes to their entire eternity, they are very sluggish
- When spiritual things are being discussed, they make promises before God but never fulfil

•• I warn you now, unless you shake yourself from that slumber, you sleep away

* You sleep to your injury

- Samson lost his strength, liberty, eyes and ultimately his life because he slept in the lap of delilah

• The church is not a resting camp but a place for battle strength. Unfortunately, believers are consciously and unconsciously snoring away in this life

IF YOU ARE SLEEPING AWAY SPIRITUALLY,
- Your correct life has been disabled
- Your real destiny will be like a dream
- You will work hard but others bear the credits

• If you are asleep, inspite of your talent, you will be ignored

- You will possess powerful potential but won't be able to do good with them

• The kind of Christians we have now is due to the kind of messages they are being preached to them

* Many are lost in the church
* Many pastors are confused

WHEN YOU ARE AWAKE SPIRITUALLY:
- Your life becomes testimonies
- Terrible things happen to those who challenge your life
- You become a pacesetter

===> As many as are listening to me now and the enemy has found them to sleep, I decree with the name that is above every other names, you must wake up from your sleep in Jesus' name

* 2016 is another interesting year.
• The Summary of this year is that, this is a year of the rods

40 Prophecies of the year 2016
1. There would be new major revival of people of God;outstanding things
2. It shall be a wilderness year to plenty of people
3. It will be a time of purging, testing, rearrangement, realignment and restarting
4. A year where true love will yield dividend and hatred will breed tragedy
5. A year of very strange events
6. A year of sudden change and turn around
7. The Almighty will split the red sea for many people
8. A year of boiling disturbance and scrashing and failure of welfare facilities to show them that God is the supreme
9. A year of acidic judgement on those who shedding innocent blood
10. It will be a year of harsh economic crunch but the children of God will not experience such
11. A rage of the spirit of betrayer but it shouldn't border the believers

• Try and understand when the time of people is over in your life and let them go

12. A year we need prayers against senseless massacre
13. A year of construction and destruction
14. A year of the destruction blood testing campaign
15. A year we need to pray for the countries we call Super-Power

28. A year of divine vengeance but God's people will not be partakers of it

30. A year where idolatry will be visited by heavens
31. A year of divine exchanges
32. A year where there will be an overturnings and overtakings to favour the children of God
33. A year where stubborn long time enemies of God's children will be seriously dealt with
34. Seats that belong to the children of God that has been stolen shall be recovered this year
35. A year where the evil gate of the father's house of many will be forced open and release those in it
- A year that slaves drivers will be slaves themselves
36. This year, the labour of the past years for you will be compensated

38. Those powers that do not want you to lift up your head shall be broken to pieces

During the cross-over service, I began to explain that this year will be a year of rods. Many may not understand. But for you to understand, listen well.

===> The Holy Spirit will expand this Words in your heart and you will understand deeper than I am trying to explain, in the name of Jesus

"And the LORD said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod." (Exodus 4:2).

• Whether we like it or not, one day we will reach our red seas. These red seas have no respect for our prayers. It only understands the language of the rods

===> The rod that will come into your hands, that will silent your Goliath and depart your red sea, before you depart from here, receive it, in the name of Jesus

Everyone who did well in the Bible had a rod

The Bible talks about the rod almost 250 times

There is a mystery of the rod that will open doors of breakthroughs to you

There are many things you cannot deal with without the rod

RODS
1. The Rod of Jacob - Genesis 30:37-39
- The rod of Jacob is the rod of promotion
- The rod of Jacob is the rod of abundance
- The rod of Jacob is the rod of expansion
- The rod of Jacob is the rod that enlarges coast

Everyone with rod of Jacob will:
- experience explosive growth and expansion
- multiply in the land of obscurity
- move from servanthood to masterhood
- have the ability to convert minimum to maximum
- not be possible to be depressed

- The little in his hands will become gigantic
- Everyone with the rod of Jacob will be wealthy in the land of poverty

===> I pray, your testimony will be like a dream in Jesus' name

PRAY: O God arise, place the rod of Jacob in my hands, in the name of Jesus
===> It is done in the name of Jesus

2. The Rod of Moses - Exodus 4:2; 9:23; 14:15-16; 17:6&5

The rod of Moses became serpent that consumes serpents

• You don't start talking of taking your battles to the heavenlies without a rod. You need a rod to face the red sea and Pharoah. You need the rod of Moses to bring water out of the Rock

The rod of Moses is the rod of Deliverance

The circumstance for this rod is that you need to pass through the rod of circumcision

The rod is to be raised up when the enemy is boasting against you.

===> The rod of Moses which is the rod of deliverance will come upon your hands, in the name of Jesus

3. The Rod of Aaron - Numbers 17:3
- This is the rod of distinction
- This is the rod of positive preferences
- This is the rod of being preferred
- This is the rod of being celebrated
- This is a priestly rod

4. The Rod of Men - 2 Samuel 7:14
(Just as we have the rod in the positive, we have it in the negative also)

The rod is:
- man-made operation
- human generated operation
- punishment generated by the hands of men

===> Anyone here, who is under the rod of the banner of men, receive your deliverance, in the name of Jesus

5. The Rod of Divine Discipline - Job chapter 9 and 21 (Read when you get home)

When it is God's case, there is no appeal

• If God is the one behind your case, all you need to do is to REPENT. Deliverance won't work

There are people here that has the call of God but running, they are doing fashion. When problems start, no minister can help you, no matter the anointing

- Some who are suppose to be prophets are parrots
- Some who are suppose to be prophets are running around on the mountains. They have become a Mountain-addict instead of becoming God addict, Bible addict and prayer addict.

Beauty is vain. Infact, in the kingdom of heaven, one of the things they give zero to is beauty

6. The Rod of Iron - Psalm 2:9
- It is the rod to rule in the midst of the enemy
- It empowers to have right in the sight of oppositions
- It empowers in the presence of serpents and scorpions

===> The Almighty will place the rod of iron in your hands in the name of Jesus

7. A Rod of Divine Inheritance - Psalm 74:2
- The rod empowers you to possess your possessions
- The rod empowers you to recover your blessings
- The rod empowers you to enter into your divine wealth

8. The Rod of the Wicked - Psalm 125:3
- It is judgement meant for the wicked
- It is the execution of judgement from heaven against the Wicked
- It is the power that pursue the wicked to slew him

===> May the rod of the wicked pursue your pursuers, in the name of Jesus

9. The Rod of Destiny
(Something is in your hand, whether talent, dream, car-key, certificate etc.)

===> You will encounter God, in the name of Jesus

One thing the presence of God does is to help you locate your destiny

• That thing that God has deposited in your hands, when you encounter God, it becomes a rod

(This is a strong prayer and I want you to shout a super-sonic amen)
===> May the enemy not take the rod you have in your hands, in the name of Jesus

Here in lies the great problem of the rod: it may be stolen or seized from you, even from your mother's womb.

Therefore, raise up your right hand and shout this loud: My stolen star, I recover you by fire, in the name of Jesus

• Unto every man, there is a rod of destiny. God will always bless what is in your hands, not what is in the hands of others. This is the mystery of talent that never grows

- If Joseph could become a Prime-Minister
- If Esther in a foreign land become a First-lady of the powerful kingdom on earth
- If Rahab could find a place in the genealogy of Jesus Christ
- If the shadow of a fisher-man could heal the sick.

Then, you need to ask yourself this question this year 2016, "What is in thy hands?"

Do you know it? If you don't, locate it this year

WHAT TO DO HERE!
1. Surrender your life to Jesus and become His friend
2. Locate your own rod
3. Possess our divine rod

This year is a year of rods, we must do it urgently at the beginning of the year

A prophet begats a prophet. The reason many are not their own prophet yet because they have refused to key into their own prophet

Amos 3:7
