Court Restrains AIT From Airing Defamatory Tinubu Documentary by Rilwayne001: 2:03pm On Mar 16, 2015
The High Court of Lagos State presided over by Honourable Justice Akinkugbe I.O. granted an injunction restraining Daar Communications, owners of AIT from broadcasting, transmitting or airing how-so-ever a documentary titled "The Lion of Bourdillon" pending the determination of "The Motion on Notice"The application was moved by Chief Wole Olanipekun, SAN, the lead counsel for Bola Tinubu (The Plaintiff/Applicant] in the defamation case against Daar Communications.The court also adjourned the motion for interlocutory injunction on the application of the defendant/respondent counsel to Friday, March 20, 2015 at 1pm.

The defendant/respondent, that is, DAAR COMMUNICATIONS[owners of AIT] was represented by Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN.

Nigeria courts are always restraining but it is a waste of time.We have already watched it digested it and mastered.People like me has already downloaded it from youtube all three part of it to watch our change agents in action.It is all over youtube.Tinubu this is medicine after death

We already know who controls Lagos with his stooges undecided
We already know who's the biggest civilian thief in the history of Nigeria undecided
We already know who's the corruption in chief of the federal republic undecided

We have the documentary saved in our phones, youtube and in different media for the generations unborn to watch and curse the name Tinubu

My gross is that while we are yet crying over his monumental thievery the greedy fellow still went ahead to sue for $150million, what for?

If the man is truly guilty of the crimes they have tagged him with and they refuse to use the law to deal with him, but instead chose to hide behind silly documentaries, then they are
testifying both to his invincibility and to their administrative incompetence that allows corruption to become a phenomenon.
