Thank you my people. Work continues today, site store and more excavation for the perimeter. We have chosen an entrance point at the junction of Plot 52. Gate house loading....... More materials arriving this weekend.

We continue our works this week........

I hired some workers to start digging a well here on plot 58 to supply us with water.

Concrete blinding of the foundation in readiness for block work tomorrow.

My people, I took another look at the money paid for this fencing, and became afraid. Only 16 plots has paid for fencing of their plots, meaning that less than 1/3 of the plots has paid for this ongoing work.

We don't know what will happen as regards prices of materials and labor costs especially when the rains come. I may only end up doing a third of this fence, and the gate house might be put on hold if more people don't pay more money for us to continue.

By tomorrow I will publish all plot numbers who paid for fencing, and those owing us. Please encourage us to serve you better.
