In his twitter handle @TonyOElumelu, tweeted that processing and collecting his international passport is a civic duty, I ask is it not a basic right to all Nigeria citizens?.
Honestly I don't fathom how he arrive at that conclusion. Upon been a international acclaimed personality, is not aware that British citizen who desire a passport, process it online, and get it delivered through the post.
Is he affected by naijagboticolism?
