Commissioning does not translate to generation and distribution of electricity. FG and Jona have done their part, phcn or whatever they call themselves over there, will now be the ones to manage it. Management is the problem. Our people are way too unorganized and makes light of every issue.

if u had watched d commissioning of d power plant...u wud have heard d reasons y d project was delayed....sum miscreants in d national assembly made falsifying evidence dat nothing was working and dat d project must stop....d president decided 2 go dere and see 4 himself only 2 find out dat d info he received 4rm d national assembly were totally different from wat he saw on site....

secondly,constructions work during dat time climaxed wit d period wen kidnappers were coming 2 d site 2 take workers....it took d intervention of d president 2 ensure dat dose who don't want progress were chased out of d state...
