Arrant nonsense. Buharis victory is a blessing in disguise for we Igbos, it will bring adversity to us which can make us think properly, make us focus on developing our region by our sweat and personal effort, enough of this running to other regions and contributing to their development while our homes are in ruins. Hopefully after governorship election all our states will be in opposition, which will enable us have one mind, so friend it is a huge blessing in disguise, it will make us take our destiny in our hand and not depend on crumbs from Federal govt table, but we rather fend for ourselves, find our own food, instead of depending on the laziness inducing monthly federal allocation, and bet me with our hardworking nature we can achieve that.

We have always known yourba people to be a coward. Unlike you, Igbos always stood for something. They don't shy away and have aways been known to have their own opinions. They are not intimidated, and have been know to fight for what they want even though the odds don't favour them. You can call it stupidity or anything you like but let it be known. They rather fight for what they believe than to hide their faces behind cowardice.

You are standing against common logic. You guys (Igbo) support the ruling government and the same yoruba stand as opposition even when they are offer opportunities which they reject in that government yet you find it easy calling them coward.

Bro we did the right thing by giving our total support to GEJ, at least we stood for what we believed in.
I use this medium to appeal to our Niger delta brothers to please ensue peace not violence, let us not be like those who shed and wasted innocent lives because they lost election. It will speak for us in the committe of sane nations. I appeal to GEJ to please congratulate Buhari if he is declared winner and let sleeping dogs lie. The pain might be painful now, but this will elevate hin to a true and great African statesman. It will open future doors to him.

As for Niger delta they should look inwards, they have amassed great fortune, they should use it to develnp themselves. We are about to enter into a great era in Nigeria, there will be massive competition accross regions towards development, unproductive regions will be left behind.

You jumped a ship you have been in when it was under attack, with your members, instead of standing and defending it. Its an act of cowardice.

Am Oron man. If we had Igbos' voting strength,we would have bargained at the federal level. But,then, more than half of Akwa Ibom people voted APC.

you don't seem to understand. INEC caused this by bunching presidential and senate elections together. This explains APC's massive victory in the senate in the north as most voters that supported buhari voted for the party's candidate too. same applied to the SE as the support for GEJ overshadowed the senatorial candidates and the pdp guys benefited.

grin What!!! Tribalism has resumed so soon. What happened to all the one love, vote not fight hastags suddenly. Hypocrisy, greed, selfishness and hate is so deeply ingrained in several Nigerians. It would take a lot to detoxify an average Nigerian of bitterness and sentiments. My advice to you is to look up to yourself to bring about the transformation and change we so much yearn. All PDP and APC owe you are infrastructure, security and efficient resource control. The purpose of God in your life comes first before any plan of govt. Cursed is a man who puts his trust in men. Life is beautiful, please enjoy it. See it outside of political parties or regions. As a man thinks in his heart so is he. BTW I am Yoruba and I don't rely on GEJ or PYO my townsman. You will be wrong to lump everyone together because of the choices of others.

O boy I like this your post. We must give it to those who keep hounding Igbos for making thier choice.
Other regions in Nigeria stood for something and were resolute except the Yorubas who were neither here nor there after making so much noise.
Ndigbo will reap the benefits if being resolute and standing for what we believe in.

Descendant of Cain, what have you ever stood for in this country apart from the highest bidder and corrupt govr.

We stood for June 12 and we are standing for good governance

The OP is even your Akwa Ibom cousin and you are here having buccal diarrhoea over yorubas. We remain your albatross in this country.
