Gani Adams must be seriously regretting his action by now. Where are the 6million voters promised by Gani Adams from the OPC kitty? My question now is; will GMB sustain the controversial 9bn Naira contract offered by the outgoing President,GEJ, to OPC in order to protect our pipelines?

OPC was dead all this while but resurrected by GEJ for his selfish needs....once GMB takes over, they would return back to the Grave

@ op........Gani Adams disgraced himself at first. secondly, GMB will overlook that simply for the sake of the Yorubas.

Gani Adams let the entire Yoruba nation down at a very crucial moment in history. He can no longer be trusted with such sensitive leadership position. He should voluntarily resign along with fasheun. However, the 9billion naira contract should be investigated and confirmed to have been awarded via due process for what it is meant for. It should not be cancelled. OPC members should be sent on pipeline security training to activate the contract and its operations.

Pipeline protection is the responsibility of all Nigerians private and public. If PDP public is on leave for the next four years, let PDP private takeover the financing of the protection of our Nigerian pipelines till they comeback to power again in 4years' time. The contest for the sustainance of real Democracy has just begun. PDP needs OPC more now to win the hearts and souls of the Yorubas in preparation for their returned match in 2019.

I don't think so. This would encourage the formation and proliferation of ethnic militia and rebel groups. We have security institutions that could be empowered and enabled to secure pipelines. Any other individual or group that wants to invest and participate in any bid to provide any service should get it on merit of competence, due process and legality and not as a laundered bribe/largesse for political favours.
