Did anyone notice this? # NigeriaDecides GMB won elections with total votes of (15,424,921) While GEJ lost with total votes of (12,853,162) Now see the Hand of GOD in this: (1+5+4+2+4+9+2+1)= 28 (1+2+8+5+3+1+6+2)= 28 Can anyone define this?
