A Yoruba traditional priest and the Egbeji
of Nigeria, Bola Adegunloye, has predicted
that the All Progressives Congress (APC)
governorship candidate in Lagos State,
Akinwunmi Ambode, will win the
governorship election on April 11.
Adegunloye, who spoke to journalists in
Lagos at the weekend maintained that
“Despite the support and sympathy
garnered by the candidate of Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP), Jimi Agbaje, it will
be difficult for him to win the next
governorship elections in Lagos State.”
The priest, who claimed that he had
predicted the defeat of President Jonathan
in 2015 presidential election since last
year, stated that with the emergence of
Muhammadu Buhari as the country’s
president, Nigerians will definitely heave
sigh of relief.
Adegunloye stressed: “I want to tell
Nigerians to remain hopeful and pray
fervently because the new administration
will chart a better course that will
transform the country better than what we
are experiencing at the moment”.
He advised APC to be careful in managing
internal disputes that may arise from the
victory as many PDP members will soon
want to join the party.
He emphasised that what led to President
Goodluck Jonathan’s “defeat at the poll
was his inability to positively affect the
lives of ordinary Nigerians while the
opportunists were busy looting
government treasury.”
Adegunloye further predicted that APC will
retain power for another eight years at the
centre, strssing, “I see the victory of APC
at the centre extending for another eight
years.”

Ambode should quickly go and warn them to stop those stupid predictions and not give him bad luck!
