After examining the Baba of CORRUPTION SCAM that is the Lagos light rail by APC, it is time to turn attention to what may be termed the Mama of corruption in Thief, nuibu cabal's empire of 16 years. I am talking about road construction and maintenance.

To use just one example, the Ikorodu-Mile 12 road reconstruction that was launched since 2012 and is yet to be completed, three years after.

Modernisation of Mile12-Ikorodu road to cost N30bn – Fashola
JANUARY 24, 2012

Governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Fashola, on Monday said his administration was committed to implementing the modernisation of Mile12-Ikorodu road to improve movement in the area.

Fashola, at the celebration of his 1, 700 days in office, appealed to residents of the area for understanding, saying their present discomfort would soon be over.

He said, “The design of the road is ready and we are working with the Federal Government and the World Bank to conclude financing on the project, which will cost about N30bn.

The 13.5km road is being done at over N2 billion/km by APC's progreTHIEF state government using Chinko engineers.

Compared to the Lagos-Ibadan express started by Jonathan only in 2013 using reputable, established construction companies- Julius Berger and RCC for a cost of N1.3 billion/km for the 127.6 kms for a total of N167 billion
