STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY MEMBERS ARE YOUR DAY TO DAY ACCESS TO THE STATE GOVT – PDP YOUTH STAKEHOLDER TELLS EKITI YOUTHS

The youth wing of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Ekiti has called up Ekiti youths that the state house of assemble members are their day to day access to the state government concerning all their propositions, this is more reason to vote for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) house of assembly candidates in the April 11 election to create a collective platform for the public, state of assembly members and the state government.

In the statement signed by Mr Babatunde Oyedele, a youth stakeholder in the party, the group thank Ekiti people for the opportunities given to People’s Democratic Party in the state in the general election, Ekiti people has shown their precedent for the new democracy in Nigeria and also display their integrity and pride by always voting out any government that does not perform to their expectations.

Public participation is an essential part of democracy and is the process which makes the public elect the leader of their choice and their continued participation of the government they elected, this create crucial connection between citizens and government. The people of Ekiti elected Governor Ayodele Fayose and it is essential to vote for his party’s state house of assembly candidates in the April 11 election to create favourable condition for the governor to deliver his mandate to Ekiti people.

The outstanding allegiance of Governor Ayodele Fayose to youth development, employment, empowerment, participation, job creation, educational transformation, leadership development and democratic ideals are important initiatives at this critical time to the economy and social development of the state, Ekiti youths should make use of this opportunities.
