There was relative peace in the presidential polls compared to what is happening now. Cultists and thugs have vowed to deliver Benue to their candidate as they openly regret their inactions in the previous election.

A quick survey around polling units showed there is a drastic low turn out of voters. The most annoying part is the impunity with which the cultists move about with their weapons.

What should be done to avoid this looming and massive disenfranchisement by these hoodlums?
