The court adjourned the case till April 22 but why is the news not in town just like it was before the presidential elections?or has buhari's emergence as the president-elect disqualified the case automatically? even the NTA and AIT which were used by the desperate one had openly come out to tell the world GMB got a degree from the USA army which is equivalent to masters degree... So tell me what you need ssce for when a masters degree is available. That case is as good as dead and meanwhile no more Money from the desperado to continue funding the case

Moreover no sensible judge would disqualify GMB at this stage even if paid billions of dollars cuz he might not last till the next hr

it is not about annulling Apc's victory but, buhari's eligibility. If he is found to have contravene the law so be it. APC has won but, buhari won't then be president possibly kwankwaso that came 2nd. It is not a PDP matter but. Buhhari's. Anyway, let him present his cert QED.

Forget it. It is going to re-adjorned to april 22, 2019.

The judge will make certain pronouncements that would amount to nothing more than an academic exercise. But i don't see Buhari being disqualified on those grounds. The gravity of such a decision would be too weighty for any judge too make. No judge in his right mind would want to derail the peace currently pervading the country at the moment.

The case will be thrown out of the Court Window. Anyone that have issues with can jump through the window as well

No judge I repeat No judge will be able to disqualify GMB on those grounds. We need to use sense to mantain the peace we are experiencing in Nigeria.

you people are very naive. In the Us War college website video they said no degrees were given until 1999/2000. Before that it was a place to learn about weapons, how to be economic hit man and strategies to kill. You people should stop this display of ignorance and learn to read and research.

it is obvious you bought the basket of lies sold my pdp during the elections. Buhari has a certificate, and that's the end of the matter. I was surprised that an incompetent and clueless president could use such lies as a campaign issue during the elections. It is the law all over the world that one can use a photocopy of a document if the original document has been lost or defaced etc. All you have to do is approach a court with a competent jurisdiction and swear an affidavit to such effect urging the court that you wish to use the photocopy of same document as a certified true copy of the original. That was what he did the last three times he contested and failed to win the presidency. 0basanjo and the late Yaradua knew this and avoided it altogether. But being clueless as always, Oga Jona made it a campaign issue and it back fired woefully. Aside his thick fulani phonological interference, Buhari speaks good grammar.
