Only corruptible dishonest greedy and unpatriotic cowards become puppets.

For this reason rest assured that Buhari is nobody's puppet; that is why America would ensure he is removed.

Certainly by his actions and inactions and his "America would know" comment, GEJ appears to be a puppet of America.

Obasanjo was their puppet.

Jonathan refused to play ball. He called them bluff and rather aligned with the Chinese and Russians.

Now they have a new puppet, navigated by the old puppet.

You already working with him. Tinubu was released from jail on serious charges and given Lagos as a gift. Now they will cash in on the favor bank. The elections was US manipulated. GeJ close relationship with China and steady progress was a thorn in US side. His promise to force foreign oil companies to partner with 9ja corporations was a threat to those companies underhanded drilling techniques and unreported amounts being extracted. Nigerians should get ready for a new form of colonization under US power it is never pretty when they set sights on a developing nation. World Bank is already predicting food shortage.

Like Buhari already said Nigerians have to suffer for 5 years your change is here.
Everybody knows you are a fool that shouldn't be taken serious.

You guys will say just about anything to console yourselves. GEJ didn't call anyone's bluff for Pete's sake. The USA were producing more of their shale oil so it only made sense that they cutback on their import of crude oil from other nations of which Nigeria was their major importer. Nigeria didn't have any fracas with them. GEJ still made sure the Chevrons and Exxons got all they required from madam minister. Their only grouse was the impunity with which they had to make bribes to get things done. ExxonMobil needs to do M.E.R testing and they will need to bribe all and sundry. And you think their president will pat GEJ at the back?

You see your life Nigeria? An american president wants to talk to an iraqi president, he calls him direct. An American president wants to talk to an Afghan president? He calls him direct. But when he wants to pass some instructions to a nigerian president, he deligates the job to either one lanky-out of sort-secretary of state or to his vice. Mind you Nigeria is the biggest economy in Africa, the biggest concentration of black people in the world, accounting for at least one in every five black people in the planet! Her size alone, her numbers alone, her pivotal regional clout over the years are enough to attract some respect from the so called 'first American black president. But Obama won't bulge! From day one, he has treated Nigeria with utmost levity while our cantankerous brand of wreckless oppossition with their NADECO styled type of oppossition lapped it up.

It is a diplomatic thunderous slap when the prime minister of Britain visits Nigeria and insists he will only meet Jonathan in Lagos and not the seat of power in Abuja. It amounts to a well crafted diplomatic insult, when an ORDINARY American sec of state is delegated to visit the Nigerian leadership, and he too insists on stoping at Lagos. When an ordinary diplomat starts awarding 'medals of (warped) honour' to Jega, our INEC cheif , at the middle of a general election, iit is a direct interference with our countrys domestic issues and should merit the diplomat in question the status of a 'persona non grata'! For eight years, Obama has avoided Nigeria like we are some kind of leprosy camp,, yet he salivates at every oppurtuinity to ridicule Nigeria. Even before he became president. He it was as a senator, who insisted that Nigeria must swallow the humble pie and surrender Taylor before Nigerias debt releif could be negotiated. He reduced President Bush HIV/AIDS subsidy drug for Africa. Infact Obamas has always biult his no nonsense character on the back of suffering African economies and people.

Can you please list GEJ's achievements?

And didn't the same US play a covert role in the election of GEJ?

Err, you think the international pressure on Yar Adua's family and the help US NGOs in naija gave to the Save Nigeria Group - and all the propaganda in international media that sold GEJ as a marginalised Christian Southerner from a minority tribe, in the oil rich region, came out sof thin air, no? You lot are very funny. grin

You be mumu, a hating mumu.

Obama called GMB to congratulate him a few days after the elections, specifically on April 1. That call would have included promise of future cooperation and support.
Noise maker, you can now sit down quietly.

How do you mean?

And how did he go against the US, apart from the gay bill, which was more of an AU and Nigerian legislative thing than GEJ?

Even OBJ who's a big US puppet, never allowed Africom on Nigerian soil, due to pressure from the AU/Gaddafi. However, how does that negate the fact that he's a CIA mole?

Buhari is not and can never be a puppet.
lol, you wish. They turned against GEJ because he refused to be a puppet and Buhari benefited from his woes because campaigned for him and if possible gave him some campaign funds like the Natanyahu case.

He has also promised to restart military training that GEJ stopped because of the double standard of the US.

You said he wont be a puppet. Wishing is good!!!!

The highlighted is so not true because he is a very good example of a puppet.

Very interesting comments! Nigerians stop fighting one another; we have a common enemy and the problem that affect one affects all. You need to see yourselves as brothers and not enemies. The elections have come and gone; a winner has been declared and the loser has graciously conceded defeat. Let move forward despite the imperfection in the elections. No one can love Nigeria more than Nigerians, don't be deceived. All this infighting will add no value to this great Nation. Let sheath our sword and work together with the incoming administration to build Nigeria.
Yes, the events that happened in the outgoing administration have left deep pain in the heart of many but we must learn to put them aside and forgive for us to move forward. At times, it's not wise to pay back like for like. Buhari's success is Nigeria's success and not Buhari. The western world are always happy to sow seeds of discord and nurture it to hinder cooperation that will lead to sustainable development and progress.

we must stop this divisive tendencies or perish like fools. Working together rather than on cross purposes is the only way to go. God help us!

1. The elections were US manipulated? Hahaha. Obama and Joe Biden stole ballot boxes or created result sheets?

2. GEJs close relationship with who? Is there any chinese company benefiting from Nigeria more than ExxonMobil, Chevron, Halliburton etc ?

3. What promise to what foreign national company to partner with who? They were already partnering with Nigerian companies before GEJ. What GEJ made them do was sign flimsy contracts with his cronies to dole out money to them that was unmerited.

4. The IOCs that tried to cheat Nigeria were mostly his friends. Companies like AGIP that kept flouting DPR regulations but were still getting backed by madam minister and GEJ. SAIPEM and co (subsidiaries of AGIP) asked their workers to vote GEJ because largess was sure to flow their way. CNOOC a Chinese company lost a bid to ExxonMobil in which the latter pledged only 600M USD for the bloc while CNOOC pledged 1.5B USD.

You can deceive all the people some of the time. You can also deceive some of the people all the time. But you cannot deceive all the people, all the time. So save your feeble propaganda for 2019. Hopeless prevaricators.
200 Chinese companies opened in Nigeria in 2014 alone. You proved my point the foreign conglamarotes had unti this year to benefit with out Nigerian partners. When Iran contra was going on it was not until years later US role was revealed as well as the Nicaragua conflict. Least I forget Michael Moore exposé of Osama bin Ladan working for CIA under Regan did not come out until decades later. They will never get away with it. Would you like me to post the American ex General. That said they were targeting Syria, Libya, Nigeria and others for destabilizing. Only the ignorant or paid informants would miss the writing on the wall. You people predicted that Nigeria would break and that plan failed. Any weapon fashioned against Nigeria will be fast forwarded back to sender!
