Sani Bello, no doubt a rich man, but he DOESNT own 40% stake in MTN Nigeria. RSA MTN owns about 79% while Nigerian Shareholders have 18%.. Nigerian shareholders like Sani Bello, Victor Odili, Paschal Edozie, Folawiyo have 18%. Sani Bello is a benenificiary of oil block and is the Chairman of Danta & Sawoe
