butterflex: Ground floor, about 4000 blocks, same quantity for first floor. Total of about 8000 for the two floors. |

Beautiful work. I want to build 8 flats of I bedroom flat on a 100x50 plot of land. each flat will have the following: 1 Master bedroom I Sitting room 2 Toilets 1 kitchen I Dining and 2 porch( front and back). The building will have 2 staircases. Any help with cost estimates of Foundation works up to DPC. Can you help me give an estimate of the entire house too?? My Engineers is proposing N8 million up to roofing level. Can you help me? |
