Some people had the courage to beg for free ride "Tanke Sir" like they called it but as a big boy (i thought i was) will always wait for a cab no matter what and i always got one Unilorin, probitas doctrina - Better by far 1 Like |

steppin: Dear Mr I would like to address ur view on this matter...i think u have to be in these students situation to understand what they are going thru this has nothin to do with poverty these student are being sponsored by parents and definitely they would have T. Fare the problem is that there are no much cabs to take them out of skol and u don't expect them to walk 10ml out they just have to squeeze in so they could get their tired selfs home plus these guys most have been standing in line under the hot ilorin sun u need to be in unilorin to understand this has nothing to do with poverty the fare is Just 50 bocks mean while some of these guys would gladly pay 150 to get home |

The people saying it's poverty shld av been there to experience it first before saying such.even without fuel scarcity yu could stay for 2hrs on d queue waiting to get transported out of the school, right now there no cabs sef.yu really jst av to use d next available means if u don't wanna rot in dat car park.....the transport fare is now even twice the normal price.it's just that bad |

What exactly is free in the country at this point? Absolutely nothing so I don't see anything reasonable with what you are saying. And as for austerity measures I am sure what we have faced already is enough with the likes of boko haram, petroleum subsidy removal and other vices, don't think Nigerians will be too surprised. chuna1985: |

holluwai: services from education, water, electricity, kerosene n fuel + much more are heavily subsidised in Nigeria... running such systems @ dis stage is very will only take us backward. subsidy was removed as of now n we don't feel it Cuz of crude oil crash. we will only feel it wen crude oil prices return to above 100$ per barrel. |
