I know that no crime is too small for prosecution. But EFCC what about politicians who stole billions of dollars?

She has been awaiting trial for 2 years and its not certain she is guilty. I just checked her facebook profile and it has not been active for over 2 years.

That's a big shame to the Nigerian Justice system. By law, criminals should be charged to court within 48 hrs of their detention.
And individuals that haven't been convicted of any crime have no business being in prison; they should be in police custody. Prisons should be the abode of convicted criminals.

Beside, you don't need much brain to do what they did. On the other hand, building something that people would use requires a brain which they clearly don't have.

Which kind system of justice is this, the whole case was adjourned till October almost six month and the girl should be remanded in jail! Imagine and the whole crime was committed in 2013 only God knows when they will finish the case, imagine if she isn't guilty after 6 years in jail?
