Synergy Insight Limited is currently recruiting for the following companies, interested candidate should send their CV to recruitment@synergyinsight.net ******* Customer Service Executive Job Description and Profile Experience: 2 – 5 years Salary: Attractive Location: Lagos Marital Status: Preferably Married Client: International Communication Solutions Provider The Customer Service Executive is supposed to formulate resolutions and responses in a timely and accurate manner. The Customer Service officer is a first point of contact for customers and will be expected to respond to a variety of customers’ requests via the telephone or in person. The aim is to provide excellent customer services and establishing the expectations. The main duties & responsibilities are: Answer to customer’s enquiries using the standard guidelines properly. Take ownership of complaint and queries of the customers and proactively following through to resolution. Ensure that all customers’ queries are well-investigated and resolved. Escalate queries to supervisor if appropriate. Assist the Management and Team Manger with any assigned special projects and in specific task. Provide backup to the team manager when required. Communicate issues to team manager when needed. Work for the staff as well mentor new staff to satisfy customer service requirements. Maintain the coordination and professional strong working relationship with external and internal customers, colleagues, and customer service management. Identifying and escalating consistent or recurring problems with the systems functionality. Ensuring the cost effective and the most efficient service. Collection of incoming mails and distributing them accordingly. Administration of petty cash and general office administration . Skills and Specifications The person should have the willingness to discover and develop new things. She needs to be very friendly, polite and tactful in nature. Should have the excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Should have excellent presentation skills to do the work effectively. Should be able to cope up with multiple projects and deadlines. Should have the leadership skills and the ability to motivate and energize the fellow team members. Should be able to tackle with diverse customers and the situations as well. Education and Qualifications A minimum of B.sc / B.A / HND with 2.1 She should have some past working experience in Customer Service activities especially in a Telecoms firm.
