A Friend Of Mine has been finally sacked from his work ..A long battle over his Job was ended days ago .. He worked as A Staff at a Guest house in town and his Offence was his refusal to show up at the Guest house On the Saturday when the Governorship elections was held . He argued that because of the tensed Atmosphere in the country and the Fact that there was restriction of Movement discouraged him from showing up The Case had been ongoing btw the guest house management and himself and after all the arguments and All,he was finally fired. My question is Should he have risked his live and Showed up at the guest house on the presidential election day.  |

he that plays the piper determines the tune.. dont forget.. he could have resumed work early that saturday morning... he just didnt feel it was right working on election's day. and the management didnt feel it was right keeping him many are gonna criticize my post.. but fact is, in the hospitality business its a different ball game 3 Likes |

the restrictions were put in place long before that saturday, and possibly the work schedule too....so the guy knew fully well that there were restrictions and he should have made arrangements to be at work (like sleep at work that night etc) to fulfill his duties. the fact that he just DIDNT show up is wrong IMHO..... |
