Nothing is concealed," Mr. Nwabuikwu said.

He might know how to galvanise support for a candidate or how to insult a sitting president to no end but in terms of delivering serious services, he always comes short. . He wanted the whole stuff in the ECA shared amongst his utterly corrupt colleagues.
