The first thing is always to do the setting out of the building, that shouldn't cost much...under N40,000 ( plus workmanship and materials)
for the building above you will need about 6 bundles of peg, say 45 2" x 2" soft wood and 30 lines and 3" nail

Congrats on your project. My God provide you the resources to complete it.

Looking at your floor plan, I believe it might need a few adjustment. The planning is okay. However, I'm not very comfortable with the ventilation aspect. The designer didn't focus on cross ventilation for any of the bedrooms. You might want to achieve that by moving the toilets inside and pushing the bedrooms out to create windows on those planes. This would create cross ventilations in the 3 bedrooms. I Hope my explanation is clear? If it isn't very clear, I might sketch and attach I mean.

@Daviejay..

Listen to Oga Ihebrooke well, well. That is a very qualified professional and one of the best in the profession.
You are very lucky for him to stick his neck here and give you a good advise about the cross ventilation.
Thank you Oga Ihebrooke for your unselfish sharing of your knowledge.

how come ur kitchen is cross-ventilated , while the rooms are not . . ?
how long do u spend in the kitchen? or rather, wanna spend in the kitchen . . .

and how long would u be spending each day in your individual rooms . .

or are u planning to run air conditioners 24/7 . . cos even with ceiling fans, it would only blow hot air . . .

edit that plan !

you can do the following, re introduces two window each closer to the adjacent wall in each of the affected flat or reduce the length of the length of the toilet to accommodates a smaller window by the side
