DANGERS ASSOCIATED WITH UNDER-AGE PREGNANCY...

INTRODUCING....

Pregnancy and normal delivery without any form of complication in female teenagers below 18-years of age is majorly by luck and nothing more. The lower your age, the higher the risks and complications involved.

So unfortunate, right from the ancient days, at age 14,15,16 etc, so many of them are already trapped in the net of unwanted pregnancy due to negative explorations and samplings to differentiate the sweet from the bitter.

FATES...

It is expected of every intending mothers to be atleast 18years of age before taking in. Reason being that ,at that age, your full anatomical maturation for procreation might have been significant/mature enough for the task. If your vagina, womb, inferior pelvic outlet and other accessory organs are under developed, you may sustain a major and embarrassing injury therewith or thereafter.

RISKS INVOLVED...

Getting pregnant before the age of 18years is likely gonna leave you with one or more of the following complications :

1. Vesico-vaginal fistula (VVF) :

Since your reproductive anatomy is not large enough to engage the head of your baby during delivery, a very strong strain will be exerted on your bladder as the baby is passing out. In the process, your delicate bladder is wounded and torn open through your vagina. Consequently, an opening without a sphincter will be formed between your vagina and bladder, so that the flow of ur urine no more have control. Your urine begin to flow out at her own volition.
You may either resolve to a sanitary pad all through your life or a reconstructive surgery whose success is factors dependent. Imagine the embarrassment?

2. Rectovaginal Fistula :

As the baby try to force herself through your narrow cervix and vagina, it tears off your rectum. Hence, creating a direct channel between your upper anal region and ur vagina. Consequently, there will always be an uncontrollable discharge of feaces from the upper anal canal to your vagina constantly; and you know what that means. Undue feaces oozing out of your vagina through out your lifetime on earth. Is it not more than embarrassment?.. What gives you the impression that a reconstructive surgery will not worsen things if care isn't taken?

3. Uterine prolapse:

Your womb sometimes may shift out of its orginal position due to undue strain on her undersized self. The resulting effect of this will be future barrenness premised on multiple miscarriages. Reconstructive surgery is factors_dependent.

4. Vaginal incontinence :

Inability to control ur urination marked by episodes of urine leaking uncontrollably out of your vagina. Isn't that embarrassing enough?

5. Motor and sensory nerve damage:

PREVENTION STRATEGIES

1. Always undergo pelvic check before taking in. If your pelvic diameter is less than 11cm, its a clear indication that you are not fit to take in cuz normal delivery. However if you still force yourself to take in....

2. Cesarean section (CS) is what you will be subjected to during delivery to avoid the above mentioned casualties. Remember, CS, takes nothing less than 110k from you. What if you didn't keep such money.
