I overheard some students saying this yesterday that Rochas has re-introduced the paying of school fees in all the institutions of the state. Can someone help me confirm this.

So students in IMSU and primary/secondary schools were not paying school fees all these while? But some haters of Okorocha said it was all a scam that scholarship didn't exist in government schools in Imo state?

Anyway,I will confirm if Students have started paying school fees. If they have,then Rochas just scammed my people.
