It is left to his constituents to decide if they want a convicted drug baron to represent them from prison in the US or if they want to call him back and have INEC conduct a fresh election. |

If he is extradited to the US then according to the electoral law his seat would be declared vacant by the senate as a result of his inability to discharge his senatorial duties. Whereupon INEC shall declear fresh elections to fill the vacancy, and by God may it happen 1 Like |
