wike is not going to be the first governor to sack the local government chairmen in his state. So therefore, if wike decides to sack all the local government chairmen then he has the power to do so.

There is no local government autonomy, who that pays the piper dictates the tune.

They can port or be removed one after the other, are they not politicians, by the way, wike could use court to nullify the election.

who is the "they" ?

Those reasons are not cogent enough. That those govs did so and got away with it doesn't make their actions justified.

But with the backing of the judiciary, since Amaechi flouted a lawful Court order which asked the parties concerned to maintain status quo, he can ask the same court to nullify the election.

Even the elected appointed LG chairmen by Amechi know that they are already sacked.

He doesn't even need to sack them,he could starve them of funds
state and local government are operating a joint account
so i dont see how on earth they will escape Wike's wract

What does the constitution say about elected local government chairmen? It says they ARE GUARANTEED! If under jonah's regime, he slowed here to smell, I don't think GMB will tolerate that, as long as it's in line with the constitution please read Section 7(1). Cheers.
