GEJ, though a simple man. But he was in a greedy and devilish party. He lacked strong xter. He was too soft. Nigeria is rotten and definitely needs an iron hand.

I don't agree with u. He was profiting from the rot in the system and that was why he looked away when his aides were robbing the country blind.

check that link

Jonathan was not voted out cuz of Boko Haram, but because of his actions towards the insurgency. people will try to bring u down, its ur reaction that matters. Gej said 'they tried to kill him'. like was he looking for our sympathy? he was the c-in-c for all i care. Gej was irresponsble and had very lil traits of leadership.

He tried!

For a man faced with the conspiracy of Bokoharam and other numerous challenges, all I can say is, he tried.

Meanwhile, did anyone notice we don't hear of bombings again
me notice am oo, if dis bombing should stop on d basis of the fact that buhari became our president and not cause a proactive measure was taken, then there is a need for us to sit down and decide that dis nation is too big fot someone to manage

He was an expensive mistake. Don't know of any presidency worse than that.

He came, he saw but was conquered. The chessgame that running Nigeria was all about went right over his head. The intrigues & permutations subsumed GEJ beyond imagination. As hard as he tried, he got checkmated on this day of 2015.
Au revoir Amigo GEJ.....go home & rest.

D fact dat he failed in his 2nd term bid shows that his tenure can simply b summarised as a failure....anyways he kinda made up 4 d whole tin with his show of statemanship during d last election...his action is worth commending

Goodluck Jonathan
President of Nigeria from Dec 2014 to May 2015.

Patience Jonathan
President of Nigeria from May 2010 to Dec 2014 and Co-President of Nigeria from Dec 2014 to Apr 2015.

The Otuoke cretin only knew he had to act as President when elections was close by. He started taking interest in the people just before elections and firing everyone before handover.

Shepopotamus was running the country prior to that and only decided to shut up and stop being President after her mugu husband was battered in the elections.

A 5 year era of disgrace, corruption, economic mismanagement, celebration of crooks and backwardness for Nigeria labelled as "Transformation".

Hopefully, the cretins of the country would never vote for such a dumb man again.

Lets now have an era of progress and arrests of crooks.

Alison Madueke Deizani, they are coming for you.

My opinion of him is a man out of his depth. The 4 years he served as Nigeria's civilian President were nightmarish and can best be described as "government of the living dead".
How will the future remember him?
Inordinate and blind ambition, lack of direction layered with a non charismatic leadership.

Seconded, he was out of his depth!

I will remember him as an epitome of true democracy and patriotism.

Even when he had all the wherewithal to turn the last presidential election in his favour, he played clean.
No bloodsheds during his campaigns and no political assassinations throughout his reign.

In terms of achievements in office, I will rate him higher than his predecessors. He performed very well in education, aviation, agriculture, power, economy and rule of law. he performed averagely on road reconstruction and understandably in security.

My only grouse against him is that he was too lenient on Nigerians, thereby giving every tom, d!ck and harry the audacity to talk trash about him and his family.

In summary, GEJ remains the best.
