I believe Buhari will deliver on his promises to transform our economy.

He has done his best before now and it was not pretty. Although Buhari should not be blamed but the idiocy written all over Nigeria.

statements like this are always fundamentally wrong.
People do their best but still fail. You can't say past leaders didn't do their best. Best isn't synonymous with success. It only explain comparative effort.
Btw I know nothing in English but we should talk clearly
