Corrola 2010 Faults, ABS warning Light illuminated, anti-skid illuminated, brake warning lamp illuminated. Vehicle history: recently purchased Toks vehicle, Rear Right impact, rear right wheel speed sensor/bearing replaced. Diagnosis/Scan procedures. Vehicle Scan: C1415 (Rear speed sensor RH circuit output) C1416 (Rear speed sensor LH circuit output) Live scan rotating rear wheels, no information on rear wheel speed on diagnostic machine. Live scan rotating known functional rear wheel bearing by hand, wheel speed detected on rear wheels on diagnostic equipment. @gazzuzz The importer of that car is evil. Look at how clean the car looks. To the untrained eye it is correct toks. Using 03 parts on 010 Corolla . Wicked. Most of the toks Camry and venza I've seen have all their warning lights on. And the owners seem not to be bothered . As long as the engine is silent and the AC works.  .If people are concerned about this things. The dealers won't buy them and do poor job on them because no one will buy it . 1 Like

Kia optima 2004 Mileage 198,000km www.nairaland.com/attachments/5431171_img20170602082746_jpeg01af076b4e9b4eafe3a546f7055f9cb0 Faults detected: * Noise from rear suspension. * Noise from Front suspension. * Vibration when Brakes are applied at. speeds over 40km/hr * Loss of power after a long drive * Unknown Replacement interval of timing. belt Diagnosis: Fuel pressure checked and found to be within limits when pump is run for the first 10mins (3.2-3.5bar), thereafter there is a consistent drop in pressure until it gets to about 2.5bar This explains the loss in power after a long drive. Vibrations when brakes are applied are caused by warped Brake disks Suspension diagnosis: worn out sway bar links and bushings accounted for the noises from the suspension the sway bar bushings in front had become brittle. www.nairaland.com/attachments/5431071_img20170602082901_jpeg976950979f32f4af69a5984dee5d16eb Also the rear brake pad anti-rattle pins where absent on the top side of both rear brake pads. www.nairaland.com/attachments/5431173_img20170602082815_jpeg41128ee0785debb32aeebffd2686a002 This explains the noises from the suspension. The timing belt cover was taken down to inspect the timing belt, unfortunately the timing belt looked really old and will have to be replaced. www.nairaland.com/attachments/5431055_img20170602185838_jpeg51c4b4042cb657941a4936e086b020ac Repair proceedure: Suspension parts, fuel pump(single pump without case), and anti-rattle pins, and timing belt have been procured. www.nairaland.com/attachments/5431098_img20170602185638_jpeg13f1ebb96d87ca8a447d16ba2f59b236 Timing belt replacement intervals for this vehicle is at every 70,000km. The timing belt cover has been taken down, Engine set to TDC awaiting replacement of the belt. www.nairaland.com/attachments/5431172_img20170602185815_jpege43ad8a594676cfb0df2917797c2afa6 The fuel pump was supposed to be replaced as a complete assembly, unfortunately the wrong type of pump was supplied twice, and when I personally went to look for the pump, it was unavailable in new or toks (used). I am backtracking on the initial exhaust diagnosis. You will need a complete exhaust, and not half. Too many welds and modifications on this one.

GAZZUZZ:Bros, the stiff struts may be as designed o! This is the SE. Trim, which usually is equipped with stiffer suspension than the other trims #justsaying Meanwhile is it possible to get the bumper lip and side skirts so as to equip mine as so? |
